DELIVERY INFORMATION

Calgary - $15.99

*There is an extra charge for Timed, Rushed or out of City Limit deliveries, please call us for availability and rates*

Orders placed before 12:30 p.m. Monday - Friday will be delivered same day if recipient is available for delivery - orders placed before 10:30 Saturday will be delivered same day if recipient is available for delivery.  Orders placed after cut off times will be delivered next business day. 

Normal delivery times are from Monday to Saturday between 9:00am & 6pm  There are no deliveries on Sundays and Statutory Holidays.

During peak periods, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times; however will make every effort to fulfill your request.  When placing your order please ensure you have the correct spelling of the recipient’s name, address and phone number.  Please note - we do and will continue to contact the recipient previous to delivery.

If the recipient is not home at the time of the delivery, we will try to neighbor the flowers or they will be left at the front door, weather permitting and only with authorization.  If none of these options are viable, the driver will leave a message, return the flowers to the studio and an additional re-delivery charge of $15.99 will apply - we do not give credits or refunds for undeliverable flowers if we had contact with the recipient.
